Tiffany’s story

Tiffany

Scholar and volunteer Events Project Manager

Tiffany came to Mentor Me Collective as a first-generation college student, took our Grow with Google Project Management course, and joined our team as an Events Project Manager volunteer to turn that learning into real experience. Through mentorship, we worked on her confidence, communication, and interviewing skills. We also worked on her portfolio and resume. She literally transformed on paper and in person.

Six months later, she landed her first corporate role working directly with Executives and VPs at one of the largest hospital systems in the world, earning six figures. She’s the first in her family to graduate from college and the first to work a corporate job. She now lives with the joy and peace of mind of being able to support her family in ways she only dreamed of.
